My name is Lorraine Hudson and I am an American Council on Exercise certified Personal Trainer since 1993 and Certified YogaFit Instructor since 1999. I found a love of fitness as a young adult and it became a lifestyle I grew to love. As a new trainer I gained invaluable experience working with all ages & types of clients in my first job at a fitness center. I found the one on one experience was my best practical teacher. Now that I have been involved in this career for 22 years I still enjoy the unique challenges each new client can present. I eventually decided to take on the challenge of fitness competition in 2002.

After competing in 2002 I decided to do it again in 2003. Competed 2002 – First place Novice Class S.N.B.F. 7 th Annual Georgia Regional Competed 2003 – Sixth place Open Class S.N.B.F. 8 th Annual Georgia Regional After the birth of my son in 2006 I found the struggle that many women have with postnatal weight loss. Once again, persistence has paid off and with fitness as a daily part of my life helps me maintain my best shape. I incorporate all aspects of fitness from cardiovascular training to resistance training to flexibility & strength with yoga as well as functional training.

Currently, I train and run 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon races to keep myself focused on a specific goal. I enjoy teaching men & women and those new to fitness basic techniques and principles as well as more advanced clients who want someone to push them to their limits! Karli Davis

Certified Personal Trainer
CrossFit Level 1 Coach

For as long as I can remember, I have been involved in athletics. I grew up Surfing, Skateboarding and playing almost every sport. I have done and still enjoy doing all forms of fitness from yoga to flipping tires and squatting heavy barbells. The more I continued my education in my physical health, I quickly realized that this was something I wanted to make my career.  I became obsessed with learning every thing I could about movement.  I spent a lot of extra time with my coaches, practicing different exercises, asking questions, and observing how they would teach others.  Once I received my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer’s certification, I immediately started interning and coaching.  I still continue learning and improving as much as I can in order to help others do the same.

Kristin Little

Certified Personal Trainer

Having lived with an anxiety disorder for much of her life, Kristin began experiencing extreme panic and agoraphobia after her enlistment in the Marine Corps ended in 2007. A diagnosis of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and GAD (General Anxiety Disorder) led her to a combination of talk therapy and western medicine to help keep symptoms at bay. After a PCS to Okinawa in 2014, Kristin experienced another round of anxiety and panic, locking her inside her home, crippled with fear.

It was a private session with Rebecca Cohen where she learned simple breathing techniques. She applied them in an instance where fight-or-flight was taking over. It worked almost instantly and it was that moment Kristin knew yoga was the answer.

Kristin decided to jump all in, and invested in a 500-hour RYT training program over two years to learn all she could; soon discovering that she could bring this life changing practice to other military veterans and their families.

Born a Marine Corps brat, followed by a Marine Corps enlistment and currently as an Air Force spouse, she is very familiar with the daily stresses that military life brings to the body and mind. Kristin believes our active duty, veterans, and their families, can incorporate a yoga practice to help bring much needed respite to the hectic and quickly changing lifestyle.

Kristin has been teaching yoga at Kadena Air Base for two years, offering a vinyasa flow class that connects breath with body movements. Kristin is a firm believer that a yoga practice can be modified to fit any person, to find proper alignment and prevent injury. She believes a daily meditation practice is also the key to help calm the mind. She is also certified to teach Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) yoga. Kristin finds SUP yoga both challenging and fun. Being on the water brings a new connection to the earth and offers a relaxing shavasana in ways a traditional classroom doesn’t provide.
