Mike Walker Fitness now has yoga in Lynn Haven!
There are currently 3 class series being offered.
Prenatal Yoga – 4 week series of 8 sessions for expecting mothers at least 12 weeks along. This class will prepare your body for labor by combining breath, relaxation, and stretching routines to help calm the body and mind. Class runs once a month, and must be paid in full before the first session starts. Class size is limited to 4 to allow the most individual attention.
Beginner Series – 4 week series of 8 sessions for those looking to start a yoga practice. This class starts at the very basics, learning breath, poses, and how to incorporate the two for a complete mind/body wellness. Class meets twice a week, and must be paid in full before the first session. Class size is limited to 6 to allow a safe and attentive atmosphere for everyone practicing.
Private Sessions – This class is for those that are looking for one-one training to for tailored physical/medical needs, or for those not interested in a group setting. This class can be shared with a partner, but is limited to 2 persons. If you are looking for a private session for a small group, this can be accommodated as well. This type of class is flexible with times, days, and number of persons. A truly personalized experience.
