Gym Owner & Personal/Group Trainer
Mike is the founder and owner of Mike Walker Fitness and is the designer and lead trainer of the Panama Country Club fitness center. He is a NFPT Certified Personal Trainer and a certified Crossfit L2 Trainer. He speciallizes in strength training and corrective exercise training for men and women to help them achieve personal goals and an overall healthy lifestyle.
Trent is a NFPT Certified Personal with years of experience working with athletes and men and women of all ages. He works with athletes to build skill and avoid injury in their sport. He challenges his clients to push themselves and reach big goals they have for themselves.
Lorraine has been an ACE certified Personal Trainer since 1993 and a Certified Yoga Fit Instructor since 1999. She spent years competing in fitness competitions and runnings races and uses her passion for fitness to help others. She enjoys teaching men, women, and those new to fitness basic techniques and principles as well as more advanced clients who want someone to push them to their limits.
Katherine is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who works with women of all ages to meet their personal goals. Whether you're an athlete training for a sport, overcoming an injury, or just want to move your body she will lead your through safe and effective workouts.
Liz has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry as a recreational trainer and life athlete with a NASM Personal Trainer Certification. Her passion for exercise started in the Military where she became committed to self-improvement and helping her colleagues do the same. As a Corrective Exercise specialist, she addresses posture, balance, and total body coordination issues that generally occur with age, injury or repetitive movement.
Cassidy has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. AFAA group fitness certified instructor, Cassidy Carow, brings joy and enthusiasm to working with women in all ages and stages of life. She listens carefully and caters sessions to the needs of clients while providing challenging and enjoyable experiences for her clients. With a strong background in pre and postnatal women’s fitness, she’s adept at helping women feel strong and confident as they work towards their own individual goals.
