Small Group Training Program
As a woman you know lifting weights is important for quality of life, so here is your chance to learn from a certified personal trainer along with a group of other women with the same goals! No reason to be intimidated and your workout time is just for you for 2 hours a week. With this program you can build strength and lean muscle to reach your fitness goals. And if you need accountability this group program will keep you on track! No excuses and plenty of reasons to make yourself a priority.
LL2 is a one-,month long program and consists of One Hour Sessions, Two times per week
Includes: Nutritional Guidance and Physical Assessments!
